This course begins with foundations of art and color theory. Along with traditional drawing, the student learns to draw and color objects, environments, and characters using a digital pen tablet. The student learns the nuances of storyboarding and animatic. After completing the fundamentals of 3D, the student transitions into the animation phase. Digital 2D and 3D animation using classical animation principles, rigging techniques, animation cycles and body language are a few of the core topics covered. The student also learns quadruped animation and two character interactions. Lessons begin with blocking the animation, adding variety by using animation layers, polishing by using the graph editor and dope sheet, finishing and rendering the animation with appealing quality.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • The student should be of minimum 16 years of age

  • Minimum Qualification: 10th grade and above

  • Must have basic computer knowledge

  • Must have lots of passion
